Wanted to keep the Deadlifts in the program this week  but  need to trim up slightly for filming this weekend.
Bent presses feel good, its about time to have Doug Nepodal check them again.
Update on my son.  Isa and I are taking him to UCLA Wednesday to find out about  the spots found on his brain. If your into prayer we need it.
