Great way to kick off your blog!

Your short term goals seem very reasonable considering how far along you already are.

Nice way to go for it with the Beast challenge for a long term goal.

Yow! those ladders are intense!

When you are doing them, are they structured as complexes or chains (i.e., all rung's reps for one lift, followed by all rung's reps the next lift OR one rep of each lift and then repeating until all the reps per rung are completed)?
