I realized that I need more Ballistics work. Snatches were all perfect form, did not need the puke bucket. Definitely could have pushed harder on another day.

New program time.

Hey Frankie, 150 in 10 is a great start. It took me three months to get to 160 using MaxVO2 (20 sets at 8 reps per set for :15 work :15 rest).

Im actually going to start maxvo2. Is it 15 seconds work left and right then 15 sec rest. Or 15 left 15 rest 15right 15 rest.Also do you count each arm as an individual set. I have an 18 year old girl who went 7left7right 15sec rest for 60sets w/ the 8kg. Then proceded to 25sets with the 12kg. To much fun.

:15 Left :15 rest 1 set
:15 Right : 15 rest 2 sets

Rest after each arm and then alternative arms. Each completed arm is a set. If you use a GymBoss timer, set it for dual with two :15 timers and it will count sets correctly.
