Work Schedule is officially full. I now have to change my training program for the time I have available. Most importantly performing all Level I and II drills with perfection. Thinking alternating grind and strength days.
Mon                      Bent press/Pull-ups  low volume     15-20 min
Tues                     LCCJ  High volume                             15 min
Wed                      Pistons High volume                           10-15 min
Thurs                   LCCJ Low volume                               10-15 min
Friday                 Mobility Bent press, Pistons,              1 hr  
                
Saturday             GTG  Level I double complex's   Swing, snatch, high pull, clean, squat, press 16kg.
Sunday off
Every two weeks I will substitute bent press for clean and press and drop the pull-up. LCCJ will be dropped for snatch work.
