Happy with the second week of press and snatch progression. Grip strength has returned.
Looking to get 100 snatches with the 32kg in ten minutes with a ladder based run. I will then shrten my rest periods slowly and climb again with maybe a 45-35 sec rest.
Todays focus was all about pulling the bell down hard with the Lat. Believe it or not this reduced the friction on my hand leaving no blisters , black marks or torn skin.
