Summing up my level II prep:
Was pressing the 40kg in July and went into a freestyle fun program, then RTK for 2 cycles and then started working on Level II drills only. Then Eight weeks ago the 40kg was not moving. Eight weeks later with 1 week to go the 40kg is going up on both sides and the Level II stuff feels better than when I stopped eight weeks ago. Feeling good, the LCCJ were easy today.
