Well RKC II could not have been better.
It was great to be part of what Brett Jones said to be one of the top three RKC events of all time. Pavel had some new stuff that even made BRETT SHAKE HIS HEAD.
I passed all of the required strength test on the first day. The 40kg has never went up smoother, I had never had some much tension,rooting, pressure etc.. as that test. Snatch test was definitely Hardstyle. It felt good to be there after all of the preparation and focus. The test felt easy, the training was right.
Level II drills: A lot to perfect and work on.
Training first week back: I did all of the workouts from RKC II manual for exhibition training. Fun stuff.
Today: No time so I did this

Windmill 24kg 3/3
24kg h2h swing
2 rounds
Double 32kg
Clean and press 1,1,1,1
squat 1,2,1,2
RKC II hollow position pull-up 1,1,1,1
24kg :15/:15 snatch
