out of time, swings on Saturday.
I am starting to feel a bit moody and lingering soreness, not deep, but just a little. This tells me I am right on track, one high, high,high volume 24kg swing workout this weekend followed by tons of sleep and backing off sun - thurs. Will test the 40kg press again Tuesday. Interstingly enough the 36kg feels like the 32kg felt 8 weeks ago, except for snatching.
