Medium Day

Since returning from Philadelphia in September my strength levels have jumped.
Why?
Dead-lift!
Dan and Pavels no more than 10 total reps in the 60-80% range on the DL are paying off huge with myself and clients.
10x1, 2x5, 5,3,2, 3,3,3 5,3,1,1 have ever you want to get it in it works.
Personally I like something like 185x5, 225x3, 275x1, 325x1
That's it.
Pressing, squat, pull-up, and core strength have all elevated.

Changed up today and played with the SLDL. Its been a while, Although its now a better patter and much stronger.

Get-up3/3 x3
SLDL D-24kg x5/5, D28kg x 5/5, D32kg x5/5
Brettzell

Double 24kg clean and press
2,3,5,10x3 60reps real fast

24kg swing 10 on the minute x 6 minutes

I now have a much harder time swinging for 20 reps, as the bell speed starts to slow I tire and stop. Interestingly enough its the same with the 32kg or double 24s.
I have been sticking to sets of 10. But they are snappy and powerful.
