T-spine or Thoracic spine mobility from "Secrets of the Shoulder" from Dragon Door.
The arm bar is covered in this DVD as well. Assist in t-spine mobility and increases overhead range of motion.
The Gobblet squat brought to the RKC by Dan John is an excellent way to open your hips and teach the perfect squat. Going into depth to explain these would take me hours. However I do have a website coming soon that will teach exercises in depth and provide workouts. Hope that helps a little.
