To cap off the last few LCCJ workouts I played with the rep scheme a bit. Double 32kg I can get 2,4,5 or 2,4,4 so I decided to add Double 32kg LCCJ singles at the top of each rung on mED AND light days during the last week. I belive this small tweak will help until I hit 3 X 2,4,6
Yesterdays light snatch press day 32k/16kg resulted in much more power and more strength in the press. Excited for the next few workouts.
