Piston prep"18lb narrow stance squat switching feet at bottom
cossack 5/5

24kg get-up 5/5 x2

16kg Pull-up Ladder 1,2,3 x 5 various grips including towel grip
Cossack 5/5

12kg Piston 5/5 x 3
cossack 5/5

24kg snatch 10/10 x 3

All the cossack work is really improving the piston work, and ease of squattting.
