Have any followers tried the above workout in red. What did you think?

Foam roll
Mobility
Various stretches

12kg Pistol 2/2 x 2
Cossack 5/5 x2

32kg clean and press and pull-up ladder 1,2,3 x 3
Adding various mobility/stretches or calf work between sets.

32kg snatch 5/5 on the minute x 5 minutes 50 snatches




Working back up to the half body weight press "88lb" or "40kg" by September 24th.
Snatch power and technique felt great today. Hips also feel very mobile.
Looking forward to Pavel and Dan John Strength Secrets in September. First of its kind.
