Between the 2nd and 3rd ladder pressed 40kg 1/1 Felt solid.
Between 4th and after fifth ladder Double squat 32kgs for two each time. Felt solid again.
First time feeling more of a rock bottom postion, as all of the cossack and groin work are paying off.
