This has become a back off week. Strength continuously improving but starting to feel a bit of fatigue. Sticking to 2 or 3 ladders for the whole week.

Hanging leg Lraise from pull-up bar 2, 2 , 2 , 5, 4
I have been sticking to the body saw and other RKC hollow position tricks from the level II manual. All of a sudden these are my new favorite exercise.
32kg press ladder/ 12kg pull-up ladder
1,2,3,4 x 2
1 arm Swing weight ladder
16kg x10, 24kg x 10, 32kg x10 1 minute rest
x 4 rounds
